Steps:

  • Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, margarine, and sugar in blender. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

Steps:

  • 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients, except coconut.
  • 2. Blend on low speed 3 minutes.
  • 3. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate; let stand 5 minutes.
  • 4. Sprinkle with coconut.
  • 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
  • 6. Cool slightly. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 1/2 c water
1/2 c bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 c butter, softened

  • 1. Heat oven to 350^. Butter a 9 or 10- inch pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Pour in buttered pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 50-55 minutes; cool.
