Steps:
- Heat oven to 375.
- Sprinkle chicken pieces with garlic salt on both sides. Place skin side up in 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake 30 minutes, then turn pieces. Bake an additional 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
- If the chicken begins to brown too much, cover the pan with foil for the last 15 or 20 minutes.
- Note.I cut up a 5lb chicken and used the legs, thighs and wings. I removed the skin from the thighs, but left it on the other pieces. All were equally juicy and delicious.

INCREDIBLE CHICKEN STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD
This is a very harty salad that is packed full of flavor and nutrition. My husband and I love to make this and enjoy it with a nice glass of white Zinfandel. You'll be hooked after you try it!

Steps:
- cut chicken up into small cubes and place in frying pan.
- Add 1/3 cup of the italian dressing and cook until chicken is no longer pink in separate frying pan (or in microwave) cook bacon.
- Cut into smaller pieces when done and set aside.
- Slice strawberries and set aside.
- slice hard boiled eggs and set aside.
- in large bowls divide the spinach leaves and top with the chicken, bacon, strawberries, egg, and almond slices.
- Drizzle the spinach salad dressing or other type of dressing over and enjoy!

INCREDIBLE CHICKEN SALAD
Every one who tries this loves it and wants the recipie. My friend Meg passed this on to me when I had it at her house for lunch. This is a great dish to serve at a shower, brunch or luncheon. It's great in pita or served warm over a bed of greens.

Steps:
- Boil chicken breasts.
- When no longer pink, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put in a large bowl.
- Add rice, raisins, and carrots.
- In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients.
- Whisk well.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- Blend well.
- Serve warm or chilled in pita bread or on a bed of greens.
- (If making ahead, reserve some of the dressing and add in right before serving).
- Enjoy!
