BASIL TEA WITH HIBISCUS
Basil has been used as a remedy for relieving stress for centuries. Use English Breakfast or any other mild black tea. This tea is great for both adults and children.

- Fill a stovetop kettle with water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add hibiscus, basil, lime zest, and tea leaves. Stir once or twice and cover. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

INDIA'S BASIL TEA
This recipe had been submitted for play in ZWT8 - India and was found on Indian Food Forever. Now, this sounds good. I often am left wondering what I'm going to do with all the basil growing in the garden. What a great use for it. Please note: Cooking time is for steeping of the tea.

- 1. In a small pan bring water and basil leaves to boil.
- 2. Lower the heat and allow the tea to brew for 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Now add the tea leaves or tea bags and sugar to your taste and bring to a boil.
- 4. Turn off the heat and strain the tea into cups and add milk as per your taste.
