BEST ITALIAN ALFREDO SAUCE

A perfect Alfredo sauce for hot pasta. It is very salty, very garlicy and very Italian! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Best Italian Alfredo Sauce image

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan whisk together cream cheese and salted butter over low heat until melted.
  • Add feta and stir until combined. (feta will probably not melt completely).
  • Mix in fresh garlic and milk stir until combined.
  • Next add the salt to taste, and flour to thicken the sauce, you may need to add more flour if your sauce is too runny.
  • Lastly stir in the garlic powder and parsley until completely combined. Pour over hot pasta and serve.

The Best Homemade Alfredo Sauce Ever image

Steps:

  • In a medium sauce pan, add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese.
  • Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.
  • Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Continue to whisk until smooth.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
  • Toss with your favorite pasta.

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a large pan, saute garlic briefly, but don't let it brown.
  • Add cream, parsley, black pepper and salt.
  • Stir with a whisk to combine and cook until heated through and it starts to thicken.
  • Gradually add cheese and stir with a woden spoon until the cheese is melted and incorporated into the sauce.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve over pasta, or any poultry or vegetable of your choice.
