THE SUPER SAUCE
Steps:
- Pour first four ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil; lower heat. Chop the peppers, garlic, and diced onion very fine or run through a food processor, then add to the saucepan. Add the Worcestershire sauce and cook on medium heat 30 to 45 minutes. Optional thickener: 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
JAN'S SUPER SAUCE
This is a recipe made by a very special friend of ours. Although my version never seems to be quite the same (or quite as good), it's still my favorite quick meat sauce. Exceptional with pasta. Leftovers make a great "Italian" sloppy joe on garlic bread. I make two batches and freeze the sauce for a busy night.

JAN'S YUMMY SPAGHETTI
I developed this recipe several years ago when my three children were young. They are all on their own now, and make my spaghetti recipe regularly. Everyone who's ever tried it loves it! Very yummy! Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors have blended and sausage is fully cooked, about 1 hour.

JAN'S SPICY BBQ SAUCE
I love this spicy BBQ sauce. It has a slight burn on the lips! To adjust the heat, add more or less cayenne.
