Jennas Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix baking mix, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
• Pour sugar onto a plate. Roll balls in sugar until completely coated; arrange on a baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until edges are lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Press candy kiss into the center of each cookie. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.

Steps:

• Preheat oven 350 degrees.
• Cream Crisco and sugar together.
• Add the rest of the wet ingredients.
• Add dry ingredients.
• Chill for at least 15 minute (I like to just get out a chunk at a time to roll out and cook.)
• Roll out cookies to about a quarter of an inch.
• Bake for 7 min and check. If still really soft on the top put in for an extra 3 min and check again. Watch cookies carefully and take out when you start to see the bottom edges browning.
• Cool and frost.

Steps:

• Mix oleo, dry pudding mix, sugars and vanilla.
• Add eggs and mix well.
• Add flour and baking soda.
• Stir in nuts and chips.
• Bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes.
