In a large saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, mustard, honey, salt and orange zest. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring, until everything is combined. Bring to a low simmer and allow it to bubble gently until slightly thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the sausages to the pan and stir. Allow the sausages to warm through, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a chafing dish or warming dish. Serve with toothpicks on the side.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the sliced kielbasa into a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce and pineapple chunks. Pour over the kielbasa and stir to coat.
Bake for about 1 hour in the preheated oven or until sauce thickens.

Steps:

Slice the kielbasa crosswise 1/2 inch thick diagonally. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium (10 to 11-inch) sauté pan, add the kielbasa, and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kielbasa is nicely browned on both sides.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Serve the kielbasa hot from the pan with small wooden skewers and a dish of the mustard sauce on the side for dipping.

In a slow cooker set for low heat, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, butter, onion, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper. Place the kielbasa sausage in the mixture. Cook 30 minutes, until the onions are soft, or as desired.
