DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL
This is a recipe my nieghbor Pam gave me a few years ago, I really love ti and it is a favorite of my Dad's. You can increase or decrease the amount of onion and mustard to your own tastes, I like it kind of extra mustardy.

Steps:
- In a mini food processer, finely chop dried beef. Mix all other ingredients with the chopped dried beef and mix until combined. Form into ball and roll in nuts if desired. Serve with crackers.

This recipe is our family's holiday favorite. Grandma usually doubles the recipe, otherwise it won't last long! It can be rolled in ground nuts, bacon bits, or left plain.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dried beef, and chopped onions. Mix well, then season with onion salt, monosodium glutamate, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into a ball, and refrigerate.

I had a similar cheeseball at a party a few years back. I changed it a little and have enjoyed it many times since. Everyone that tastes it has to have the recipe. It has gotten to the point I keep the recipe on my computer so I can put copies by it when I serve it.

- Mix all ingredients except the nuts.
- Roll in a ball and refrigerate over night.
- Roll cheeseball in the chopped nuts.
- Serve with snack crackers.
- I prefer Wheat Thins.
RICE KRISPIES BEEF CASSEROLE
That's right you can eat Rice Krispies for dinner. I came across this recipe on another website and had to try it. It was a winner in my house. It made alot more than I thought, but unfortunately there were no leftovers. In my recipe I used 2 pounds of ground beef and the mixture was enough to cover.
