Steps:
- In large bowl, combine vegetables, chicken, soup, milk, cheese, onions and seasoned salt.
- Transfer to a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into two rectangles. Seal the perforations. Cut each rectangle lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. Form a lattice crust over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 450°. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Stir in flour and poultry seasoning until blended; gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken and vegetables., Transfer to a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate; place crust over filling. Trim, seal and flute edges. Cut slits in crust. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. Set aside a third of the dough. Roll out remaining dough to fit a 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Transfer pastry to baking dish; trim even with edge; set aside., For filling, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, peas, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion; set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, bouillon, tarragon and pepper until smooth. gradually stir in the milk and broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir into chicken mixture; spoon into crust., Roll out reserved dough to fit top of pie. Make cutouts in pastry. Place over filling; trim, seal and flute edges. Brush additional milk over pastry. , Bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 400°. On a lightly floured surface, roll each pastry sheet into a 12x10-in. rectangle.
