LEFTOVER TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE, MOM'S RECIPE
Mom pulled this casserole together after the holidays using leftovers. You can add veggies or use a different kind of dressing or gravy as you choose. This is a one dish meal.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sliced turkey or chicken meat in bottom of buttered 9 by 13 inch pan. Set aside. Mix up dressing or stuffing according to package instructions. Or use leftover dressing. Spoon dressing over meat in baking pan. Pour gravy over ingredients in pan. Crush French Fried Onion Rings a little. Sprinkle over gravy.
- 2. Place pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. NOTE: You can add mushrooms, onions, peas, water chestnuts (for crunch), sweet potatoes, or cranberry sauce. Use your imagination and make what your family likes.

This is a great way to use up some of those Thanksgiving leftovers! It's easy to prepare, as well. Top it with gravy, and revisit the feast!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and dry onion soup mix.
- Spread the green beans in a 9x13 inch dish. Top with a layer of turkey. Pour the soup mixture over the turkey. Top with stuffing.
- Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.

- Cover with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake uncovered at 350ºF. for about 30 minutes or until heated through and chips are lighty brown.
- Serve with noodles and a salad.

- Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Spray your largest baking dish (I used a deep 9 x 13-inch dish) with cooking spray.
- In the prepared dish (or in a separate bowl), whisk together the Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, and sour cream until smooth and completely combined. Stir in the uncooked noodles, onion, turkey, mushrooms, and garlic. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover; stir. At this point you should check the pasta to make sure that it is al dente (firm but just about finished cooking). If it’s still too hard, cover the dish and return to the oven until pasta is al dente. Then move on to the next step.
- Sprinkle cheese over top of the casserole and bake, uncovered, for 10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender). Garnish with parsley, if desired.

- Cook pasta in boiling water until just al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain. Stir in turkey, peas, condensed soups and milk. Transfer pasta mixture to prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
