Lemon Oregano Dressing Recipes
THE BEST LEMON VINAIGRETTE
This is one of my favorite salad dressings. It works for a simple salad or with crispy Parmesan chicken with a cool salad on top.

Steps:
- Whisk red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl. Slowly stream olive oil into the vinegar mixture while whisking briskly. Beat lemon juice into the mixture.
- Pour dressing into a sealable jar or bottle, seal, and shake until emulsified.

LEMON VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
This vibrant dressing requires extra-virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and fresh oregano. Toss it with baby greens for a cooling side dish salad. Or, use torn romaine lettuce and add tomato chunks, chopped cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced olives to make the salad more substantial. I got this recipe from a local news television channel.

Steps:
- Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl, making certain the sugar is dissolved. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
- Let sit for an hour or so, and then whisk again before serving.

- With Wire whisk, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Continue to whisk while streaming olive oil in until well emulsified. Cover and refrigerate up to overnight.
