- 1. Mix together eggs, ricotta, and grated cheese. 2. Layer in a pan- sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzerella. Repeat several layers ending with mozzerella cheese. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, or until almost dry. Allow to cool a little before cutting. Serve topped with extra pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.
