LOW-CAL ICE CREAM SANDWICH SUBSTITUTE
I learned of this recipe from friends when I was starting Weight Watchers. I usually use plain or chocolate graham crackers. Frozen Cool Whip tastes just like vanilla ice cream! Make a couple of these and leave then in your freezer. Watch out, this can be addicting!

Steps:
- Break the graham cracker in half.
- Scoop Cool Whip onto the center of one graham cracker, sandwich the other cracker ontop, and press down to evenly distribute the Cool Whip.
- Freeze until the Cool Whips hardens and enjoy!
