i've been looking for a low calorie low fat recipe for pancakes and finally found one that looks like it's worth trying

Steps:
- Preheat skillet over medium/low heat, spray with 0-Calorie cooking spray.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and sugar in medium bowl, set aside.
- Beat together milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Fold mixture into dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix it. Then, stir in cinnamont.
- Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour pancakes onto skillet. Cook until both sides are golden.

HEALTHIER GOOD OLD FASHIONED PANCAKES
I loved this pancake recipe. Way better than a mix at the store but I wanted to cut a little of the fat. I make them with less butter, egg whites instead of a whole egg, and nonfat milk. They are so fluffy and tasty plus I feel great about giving them to my family.

- Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg whites, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour or scoop batter onto griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

- In a small bowl, add your flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener, until combined. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, egg whites, vanilla extract, and milk, until combined.
- Grease a large non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Pour scant 1/4 cup portions of the batter onto the pan and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until bubbles form around the edges. Remove the lid, flip and cook for a further 3 minutes. Repeat the process until all the pancakes have been cooked.
