Steps:
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain thoroughly. Place in a bowl; cool slightly. Pour salad dressing over warm potatoes; toss to coat. Add celery, green pepper, onion, radishes, parsley, salt if desired and pepper; mix well. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard and sugar; pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

This is a recipe that I thought that I invented then I saw it in a Kraft magazine! It is sooo good.You can variate the cheese and dressing to make a new creation all your own! yummy!

Steps:
- preheat oven to 400-425.
- spray cooking dish with spray if using fat free dressing.
- put all ingredients into large zip bag and toss.
- put in dish and bake for 15 minute then toss and bake. 20-25 min cooking time. keep your eye on them. the thinner the slice the faster it cooks.
- check in and toss to keep from over drying and baking. if you use a fattier dressing then it is less checking time.
LOW FAT POTATO SKINS
I searched here and there wasn't anything like what I was looking for. I used the insides of the potatoes to make Miller's Recipe #17415...just mix potatoes with chicken broth and salt and pepper.

Steps:
- Wash potatoes and wrap them each in foil.
- Bake on 425°F for 1-1 1/2-until they feel soft.
- Cool a bit so they can be handled and then cut in half long ways.
- Scoop out the insides leaving just a bit of potato.
- Spray potatoes inside and out with Pam and put back into 425°F oven for 10 minutes or until a little crisp.
- Divide cheese and bacon bits evenly and fill the skins.
- Place back into oven for about 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
- When all cooked add what ever garnish that you would like and share!
