You can make this avocado salad smooth or chunky depending on your tastes.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

- 1. Mash avocados with fork in small bowl, then add the remaining ingredient and mix well. Chill. Serve with Crackers or Tortilla's, Garnish with diced red tomatoes, makes for a nice Christmas presentation.
- 2. I also serve this with colored corn chips.
