Macaroni Cheese And Hot Dogs Recipes

Steps:

• Cook wieners in large skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned.
• Stir in water, milk and Macaroni. Bring to boil; cover. Cook on low heat 5 to 7 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
• Add Cheese Sauce Mix and butter; cook and stir until butter is melted and sauce is well blended.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Layer hot dog pieces and onion in pie plate.
• In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
• Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

• Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
• Remove macaroni and cheese from stove and place in a casserole dish. Add sliced hot dogs, soup, milk, and cheddar cheese (I usually add about 2 handfuls, but if you like cheese, add more). Stir. Top with more cheddar cheese.
• Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese has melted throughout.

• Put the water on the stove at high heat.
• Add box of Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner.
• Cut up the hod dogs into 1/4 pieces and drop in the water.
• Bring everything to a boil.

• Place pot back on the stove on very low heat.
• Add margarine and milk.

• After cheese melts, add cheese sauce packet that comes with the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese dinner.
• Stir until everything is well mixed.

Steps:

• Boil a large pot of water for macaroni. Salt water and under cook macaroni, cook about 7 minutes until just under al dente in doneness.
• Preheat broiler and set rack 12 inches from heat.
• While pasta works, heat a large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 turn of the pan, then add hot dogs and brown on both sides, 4 minutes total. Adjust mustard, ketchup, and salt and pepper, to your taste.
• Drain pasta well. Combine pasta and hot dogs with sauce and coat evenly then pour into large casserole and top with remaining cheese. Melt and brown cheese under broiler, 2 minutes. Serve.

• 1. Cook the macaroni and drain well. Place in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with sliced hot dogs.
• 2. Melt the butter on top of stove in a saucepan. Saute the shallots 2 minutes. Add the flour and make a roux. Slowly add the milk and cook until thickened a bit. Slice the Velveeta into pieces and add to milk. Stir and cook until smooth and melted.
• 3. Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and hot dogs. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake 20 minutes.
