GARDEN VEGETABLE AND HAM SALAD
An easy mustard dressing makes the perfect accompaniment to this satisfying pasta salad, with chunks of ham and bright, crunchy vegetables.

Steps:
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix remaining salad ingredients. In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.
- Add cooked pasta to salad. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.

- Fill a pot with lightly-salted water and bring to a boil. Stir in the shell pasta and cook until the pasta is tender but firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.
- Stir the peas, ham, Cheddar cheese, onion, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; add the cooked pasta and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until completely chilled, before serving.

AWESOME HAM PASTA SALAD
I never seem to make enough of this salad. When people see the recipe, they look at me as if I am a little odd...but when they eat it they can't seem to stop! This recipe is great for kids and adults alike. The garlic is optional. Also, to lighten up the salad, substitute light mayonnaise, light sour cream, and turkey ham.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained pasta, ham, peppers, onion, pickles and tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, beef bouillon granules, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and 1/2 cup of reserved pickle juice. Fold into the salad and toss gently until evenly coated. Chill overnight to allow the flavors to blend. Serve near room temperature.

- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl and whisk to blend. Rinse ravioli under cold water to cool; drain. Add ravioli, ham, bell pepper, mushrooms and green onions to vinaigrette; toss to coat. Season salad to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. (Can be prepared 3 hours ahead; mix occasionally. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.)
- Arrange salad on large platter. Garnish with olives, if desired. Serve, passing Parmesan cheese separately.
