EASY BAKED BBQ CHICKEN
Not being a big fan of Barbecue, but Loving a man who LOVES it, i have to give in once in a while. Here's my take ( and I think Ry's favorite), on the classic. Made with Pre-made Barbecue Sauce ( I Prefer BullsEye) Its baked in the oven for convenience.

- Mix BBQ Sauce and A1 together.
- Brush chicken with sauce mixture.

- Wash chicken legs/thighs pat dry. Align in pan apply salt and pepper.
- Place in oven covered with foil so the chicken can sweat at 350°F Cook for 30 minutes.
- Combine the other 4 ingredient apply to chicken through out bake until jucies run clear.
- Drain off juices apply BBQ sauce cook for 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.

BBQ CHICKEN
This recipe came from my mom, who got it from who-knows-where, but it's a family favorite. This also works well with game, like venison, elk or antelope. You could also shred the chicken after it's cooked and have BBQ Chicken sandwiches - yummy!

- Combine cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper together.
- Rub the chicken with honey and then sprinkle with the spice mixture, being sure that the chicken is well-coated.

- Preheat oven to 400.
- Coat the chicken skin side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven and turn the temperature of the oven up to 425.
- Coat the top of the chicken with barbecue sauce using a basting brush. Use a spatula to flip the chicken over, being careful not to tear the skin. Baste the other side of the chicken, and place back in the oven for 7 minutes.
- Remove rom oven, baste top with barbecue sauce, and place back in oven for 7 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven again and baste again, for a total of 3 times, and place back in oven for 7 more minutes.

- Remove skin from chicken breast halves (I use skinless chicken breasts) and place in a large ziplock bag.
- Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
- Let chicken marinade for at least an hour, up to 24 in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove chicken from bag and place on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes and brush a layer of BBQ sauce on the chicken.
