Mamas Iceberg Wedge Wih Homemade Thousand Island Dressing Recipes

Steps:

• In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, milk, vinegar, relish, parsley, scallion, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
• Place iceberg wedges on a platter or divide among 4 plates; drizzle with dressing, as desired. Serve immediately.

• For Dressing: Whisk mayo, ketchup, egg, relish and seasonings.
• To assemble salad: Cut lettuce into 4 wedges, taking out any hard pieces. Place each on a plate and top with dressing, bacon and tomato.

• 1. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, catsup, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar. Beat with wire whisk til well blended. Remove core from lettuce; cut lettuce into 6 wedges.
