MEATBALLS AND BOW TIE PASTA
An easy and delicious meal. Serve with salad and garlic bread.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients for meatballs; mix well.
- Shape into golf ball size balls. Brown in 2 tbsps hot oil in skillet. Add to spaghetti sauce, that has already been prepared, and simmer 20 minutes.
- SAUCE: Add jar of spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- When sauce has thickened, add to cooked bow ties
- Serve with meatballs over bowties

This is a wonderful soup made with frozen meatballs and lots of fresh veggies! It has morphed from the original recipe into my very own and my family loves it.

- Combine all ingredients except pasta in crock pot.
- Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add cooked pasta and heat through.
- Top each bowl with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Do not be afraid to substitute different veggies for your own preference.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook turkey in oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Add broccoli and garlic; cook until broccoli is tender., Stir in the tomatoes, broth, wine, basil and cayenne. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta; add to turkey mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
