THE BEST MEATBALLS YOU'LL EVER HAVE
Very tasty meatballs full of spice and sauteed to perfection. I usually serve mine with spaghetti, but I've also served them with a BBQ sauce and rice on the side.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, croutons, sweet onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, red pepper flakes, and Cajun seasoning. Form the mixture by hand into meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil and melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the skillet, and cook, turning constantly, 20 minutes, or to desired doneness.

SCHULER'S FAMOUS MEATBALLS
Shuler's is a very well known restaurant in Michigan with great food. It's nice to have a few of their recipes! Found in March 30, 2004, Detroit Free Press with this quote: "Schuler meatballs are tender, not chewy or crispy. To achieve this, use fresh bread crumbs. A couple slices of tender white bread processed in the food processor should do the trick." I've not made this yet.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes.
- Add onions, ground round, ground pork, egg, salt, pepper and parsley; blend together 'til thoroughly combined.
- Form mixture into walnut-sized balls and arrange on large trays or baking sheets.
- Bake about 20 minutes or 'til cooked through.
- To finish place meatballs in a Dutch oven, cover with Schuler's Barbecue Sauce, and heat over medium heat 'til sauce and meatballs are heated through.

EASY HOMEMADE MEATBALLS
This is the recipe for easy homemade meatballs that my mother used growing up. I now make them for my family, and my picky husband loves them. Serve with your choice of pasta.

- Combine beef and egg in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix together, but do not overmix, as it will get tough.
- Shape into 1- to 2-inch balls.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in the hot skillet until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a pot over medium-low heat. Add cooked meatballs to sauce and let simmer for added flavor, about 15 minutes.

MICHIGAN MEATBALLS
You can make these large for dinner or smaller for appetizers. These are moist and tender and make their own gravy. Great with potatoes, noodles, or rice.

Steps:
- Mix together ground chuck, slightly beaten egg, sour cream, bread crumbs and dry onion soup mix.
- Mix flour and paprika well. Shape meatballs, then roll in flour and paprika mixture.
- Brown slowly in 1/2 cup butter in large deep skillet.
- After browning add soups and water.
- Cover skillet with tight-fitting lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
