- Slow-Cooker Oatmeal With Apples and Ginger. Knowing you have a bubbling hot breakfast waiting for you on a chilly morning makes getting out of bed so much easier.
- Strawberry-Granola Crisp. This crisp is a delicious vegan dessert, but also perfectly suitable for breakfast or brunch. Stir olive oil and maple syrup with oats, almonds, shredded coconut, and flour, then scatter the crumble over fresh strawberries.
