CREAM CHEESE BANANA PUDDING
My daughter bought me a cookbook and made this-the very first recipe she has ever tried.This is soo good we made it 3 times and it's so easy-no cooking involved.It needs 2 hours to chill.

Steps:
- In a large bowl combine milk and pudding mix according to package directions.
- In a small bowl stir together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Stir into pudding mixture (I use the mixer).
- Fold in cool whip (I just stir it good).
- In a 13x9x2 inch baking dish layer half the cookies,half the bananas and half the pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

- 1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until fluffy. In another bowl, combine pudding mix and milk until thickened. Add this mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in vanilla and half of the Cool Whip.
- 2. In a serving bowl, layer vanilla wafers and banana slices. Top with pudding. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with remaining vanilla wafers and banana slices.
- 3. Refrigerate about 3 hours.

- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup milk, then gradually beat in remaining milk alternately with dry pudding mixes. Beat on low speed 2 min.
- Reserve 1/4 cup cookie crumbs; sprinkle remaining crumbs onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Cover with layers of bananas, pudding mixture and COOL WHIP. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.

- Arrange half of bread cubes in a lightly greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle evenly with cream cheese and bananas. Top with remaining bread cubes.

Add in the sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth and no lumps of cream cheese remain, stopping to scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl as needed. Add in the dry pudding mix and mix well, then slowly stream in the milk and mix until fully combined.
- Add 2/3 of the whipped cream to the pudding mixture and fold it in gently until fully combined and no whipped cream streaks remain. Set aside.
