MARINATED FLANK STEAK
A wonderful flank steak on the grill recipe I invented that friends just love! My girls think this is great, and it doesn't take long to grill. This also works great when sliced and used for fajitas.

"MY FAV" MARINATED FLANK STEAK
There's nothing better than grilling steak when the weather is warmer and the marinade for this flank steak is excellent. It gives the meat a great smoky flavor and nicely tenderizes the meat. After the steak has rested, cut into it and you'll find a surprisingly tender and juicy steak. This flank steak recipe will instantly...

Steps:
- 1. Add all the ingredients into a gallon resealable bag; mix well. I usually put about 3 Tbsp of each sauce; except the soy and tobasco, about a half palmful of the spices in. If you like you can add about 1/2 cup water to make it thinner.
- 2. Add the flank steak and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or if you have time overnight. The longer the better.
- 3. Grill over medium heat for about 7 min per side or to your liking.
- 4. Let sit 5-10 minutes before cutting.
- 5. Slice across the grain or it will not be tender.
- 6. **If you want to slow cook it, just place in a Crock Pot over 4 large peeled carrots, put the marinade in also. Cover with some large sliced onions. Cook on low for 8 hours.
JUICY MARINATED FLANK STEAK
A great tasting steak with homemade marinade from Taste of Home magazine. Wonderful served on soft Kaiser rolls or submarine buns with some grilled onions, green peppers, or mushrooms on the side. Also makes good 'cheese steak' sandwiches by adding some fried onions on top and grated cheese to melt when serving. I usually serve this steak with Recipe #124798 (no mayonnaise) and cole slaw or a green salad for a great barbecue dinner. Have also served it with Debber's Recipe #217754 which is a great potato salad too.

MARINATED FLANK STEAK
Flank steak is one of my favorite cuts of beef. It takes on the flavor of marinates well and has a great texture. I like to serve this with steamed rice and sugar snap peas. Times do not inclued the stay in the refrigerator.
