NEXT BEST THING TO ROBERT REDFORD DESSERT
This is one of my mom's recipes. I think she got it from a Good Housekeeping magazine. I always take this to pot-lucks. And always go home with an empty pan and many requests for the recipe.

Steps:
- For the crust, mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly, press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on high with a mixer until smooth.
- Fold in half the whipped topping.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Mix the puddings with milk, beat slowly with mixer until smooth (2 minutes).
- Spread on top of cheese layer.
- Let stand a few minutes, then spoon remaining whipped topping over top and spread carefully.
- Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate bar.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Jimmy Buffett's sister, Lulu, owns a very popular restaurant in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Lulu's serves the ABSOLUTE best Pina Colada in the world there! Here is the next best thing to one of hers! If you can't find the frozen mixer, 1/2 can coconut cream and enough pineapple juice to create a simulated 'can's worth' will work.

- Combine the pina colada mix, pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, rum, and ice in a blender. Blend until slushy.
- Pour the whipping cream into a bowl, and beat until soft peaks form. Stir into the pina colada mixture to blend evenly; pour into four glasses. Top each drink with a cherry.

This is a creamy pudding-like pie. It has thick chocolate filling, thick cream cheese filling, a butter/nut crust, and is topped with whipped cream. Definitely not for those who are on a diet.

Steps:
- Combine flour, butter, and chopped nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and 1 container of whipped topping until well mixed. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
- Mix pudding mixes and milk well until thick. Spread evenly over the cream cheese filling. Spread remaining container of whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours before serving.

- Mix cream cheese, sugar and 4 oz. of Cool Whip together. Spread over cooled crust. Mix the puddings, and milk together. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining (4 oz.) Cool Whip. Grate chocolate bar over Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 3 hrs.

- Cool.
- Beat together 1/2 of the cool whip,and all of the cream cheese and sugar.

- Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk,spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining cool whip and gransh with nuts.
