CINNAMON NUT BARS
Classic bar meets good-for-you ingredients in this updated recipe. If you have the patience, after the bars are cool, store them in a tin for a day to allow the flavors to meld...I think they taste even better the next day.- Heidi Lindsey, Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin

CINNAMON COFFEE BARS
This is a quick and easy bar. It has raisins and nuts in it. Great with a hot cup of coffee or even a cold glass of milk. My daughter likes them as an after school snack. Cut into bars and frost while still warm with confectioners' sugar glaze or let them cool and frost with cream cheese icing.

CHEWY, NUTTY, HEALTHY GRANOLA BARS
Chewy, nutty, chocolaty, and packed with tasty energy, no one will ever know these bars are low-fat and healthy! They're very easy to make and you can pack in everyone's favorite nuts and fruits. My family has now stopped buying Kashi® and chewy bars because we love these so much. These are gluten-free when made with rice flour and appear to be professionally made thanks to the small spoonful of corn syrup that keeps everything tightly combined and gives the bars a nice shine. Have fun experimenting with different combinations of nuts, dried fruits, and toppings! Almond butter works well, too!
