Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
- Sift together the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas and milk. Mix until blended.
- Fold in raisins and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes; remove from oven and cover for 5 minutes.

Banana bread without the guilt... This bread is hard to beat because it is very flavorful and full of the good stuff. No white flour, only wheat, flaxseed meal, and oats mixed with buttermilk and eggs, making for a healthy start or snack during the day.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix whole wheat flour, brown sugar, flaxseed meal, oats, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl.
- Combine eggs, butter, 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl. Stir in flour mixture. Add bananas; mix until batter is well-combined. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack and let cool, about 25 minutes.

Steps:
- cream together butter and sugar, add egg starts and mashed bananas, combine well.
- combine oat bran, oats, flour, stevia, baking soda, salt and mix well, then add to banana mixture.
- fold together til blended, pour into greased and floured mini loaf pans or muffin tins, (don't pour too much in each one or it will not cook in center!).
- bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked in center.
- before pouring into pans add in any of the following: chopped pecans, craisins, walnuts or chocolate chips.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or greased foil. Set aside.
- Peel bananas and add to a large mixing bowl. Using a sturdy whisk, fork or pastry cutter (my preferred method), mash bananas until smooth. Add the oil, sugar, maple syrup, flax eggs, milk and vanilla. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Add oat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Whisk together until just incorporated, making sure no flour patches remain. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pan. Using a rubber spatula, smooth batter into an even layer, with the shape of a rise down the center—just like a loaf. Optionally, sprinkle with oats and chocolate chips. Lightly press toppings into the loaf.
