Whole Wheat Oatmeal Strawberry Blueberry Muffins image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  • Mix flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Combine milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  • Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until batter is combined. Fold in strawberries and blueberries. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan until full.
  • Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 18 to 22 minutes.

Easy Oatmeal Muffins image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  • In a small bowl, combine milk and oats; let soak for 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together egg and oil; stir in oatmeal mixture. In a third bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients, just until combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups until cups are 2/3 full.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Mist 18 muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine oatmeal and milk in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Stir flour, brown sugar, oat bran, ground flax seed, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl.

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven at 450°F.
  • Cover 12 muffin bowls with oven-safe paper.
  • On a big bowl, mix oatmeal, nuts, raisins, baking powder and salt (if used).
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix til you have an even mix.
  • Put the mix on the muffin bowls and fill 3/4 of each one.
  • Bake for 13-15 min or til golden.
