Steps:
- Chill salad bowl 30 minutes. Put salad mix in bowl, add onions, olives, pepperoncinis, croutons, tomatoes and cheese on top of the salad. Mix ingredients of dressing in a blender. Sweeten with sugar if too tart for your taste. Dressing can be stored for 10 days in refrigerator.
