- In a medium sized glass jar, combine the non-dairy creamer, chocolate drink mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
- To prepare, place 2 tablespoons mix in a mug, pour in 3/4 cup boiling water, and stir until dissolved. Serve hot.

BONNIE'S ORANGE CAPPUCCINO
Orange Cappuccino Cappuccino gets its name from the robes of Capuchin monks which are the same color as this Italian coffee-milk drink. It is usually made from espresso coffee but by using strong coffee, it´s possible to enjoy even without an espresso machine.

- 1. In small bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; refrigerate until ready to serve. In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat milk to serving temperature. Add coffee, orange peel, orange juice concentrate and cinnamon. Strain into serving pot. To serve, pour into small cups, filling half full. Top each with a spoonful of whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg. Enjoy!
- 2. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare whipping cream as directed above. In 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, heat milk to serving temperature. Add coffee, orange peel, orange juice concentrate and cinnamon. Serve as directed above

- Heat oven to 350°F. Wrap foil around outside bottom and side of ungreased 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom; spray pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix brownie mix, 1/4 cup dry coffee mix, the orange peel, oil, water and eggs with spoon until well blended. Pour and spread batter evenly into pan.
