HERB-CRUSTED PORK SIRLOIN ROAST
No store-bought spice rub here. An easy-to-make, homemade rub adds great flavor to the pork!

Steps:
- Bring roast to room temperature by removing from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, sage, lemon zest, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread rub over roast until completely coated. Place on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven until slightly pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 150 degrees F (66 degrees C).
- Remove from the oven and tent loosely with foil. Allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first 5 ingredients; rub over roast. Place fat side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. , Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine orange juice, brown sugar and mustard. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until smooth. Add to orange juice mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes. Reserve 1 cup glaze for serving; brush half of remaining glaze over roast. , Bake until a thermometer reads 145°, 20-40 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with remaining glaze. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Reheat reserved glaze; serve with roast.

PORK ROAST WITH CRANBERRY GLAZE

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in orange juice and cranberry sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened, and set aside.
- Place pork in a shallow roasting pan and cover with about half the cranberry mixture. Insert a meat thermometer. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce. Meat is done when thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Remove meat from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.
CINNAMON ORANGES
Steps:
- Peel oranges and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place on a serving platter.
- Combine honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle honey mixture over oranges and garnish with mint leaves.
CINNAMON PORK ROAST
This recipe was on the package of pork loin that I bought. I don't have a grill so I roasted it in my oven until the it reached the right temperature. I included the marinade time as prep time.

Steps:
- Combine the cinnamon, salt, pepper, onion, sugar, and garlic. Blend in 1 tsp of soy sauce. If too thick to spread, add another tsp of soy sauce.
- Rub mixture onto the pork loin.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours, can be overnight.
- Grill pork over medium-low indirect fire until the internal temperature is 155 degrees, about 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours.
- Allow to rest 5-10 minutes.
- Cut into thin slices.
