OREO™ PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE BROWNIE BARS
A perfect and simple fall dessert--your new go-to treat! This stacked bar starts with a rich, fudgy brownie base layered with a no-bake pumpkin cream cheese mixture and topped with whipped topping and Oreo™ cookies.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Make brownie batter as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Stir in 1 cup of the chopped cookies. Spread in pan. Bake 24 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side comes out almost clean. Cool completely, at least 1 hour.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended, scraping down sides of bowl frequently. Beat in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle remaining cookies on top. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides; grease paper. In a large bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk oil, eggs and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , For pumpkin batter, in a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk pumpkin and eggs; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spread half the cocoa mixture into prepared pan (layer will be thin). Drop half the pumpkin mixture by tablespoonfuls over top; gently spread to cover most of brownie mixture. Drop remaining pumpkin and cocoa mixtures by tablespoonfuls over pumpkin layer. Gently spread and swirl. , Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lifting with parchment, remove from pan. Cut into bars.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In small bowl, beat 1/2 cup of the frosting and the cream cheese with spoon until well blended. Set aside.
- Make brownie batter as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Stir in 1 cup of the crushed cookies. Spread in pan. Spoon frosting mixture by generous tablespoonfuls evenly onto batter. Cut through mixture several times with knife for marbled design.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle remaining 1 cup crushed cookies over top; carefully press into brownies. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1/4 cup frosting uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Using fork, drizzle warmed frosting over top. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until frosting is set. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.
