EASY OVEN-FRIED PORK CHOPS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Beat soy sauce, egg, water, garlic powder, and ginger together in a shallow bowl. Spread bread crumbs into a separate shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Press pork chops into the bread crumbs until evenly coated on both sides. Place coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork is cooked through, 50 to 55 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Pour butter into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Stir together egg, milk and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, coat with stuffing mix and place in pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 10 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat and juices run clear.

- Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a shallow baking pan with foil. Rinse pork chops and shake to dry. You want to leave just a little dampness on the chops. Sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with garlic salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Rub the seasonings into the meat. Shake the seasoned chops in flour. Set the chops on a plate to rest. Pour the melted butter in the baking pan and tilt the pan to make sure the entire cooking surface is coated with melted butter. Shake the pork chops in the flour again. Arrange the chops in the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and spray the upturned side of the chops with baking spray. Turn chops over and continue to bake pork chops for about 20 more minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
FABULOUS OVEN-FRIED PORK CHOPS
This is my husband's favorite way to have pork chops. They are always tender and juicy and taste wonderful. You can adjust the seasonings by adding, omitting, or substituting to your taste. Most of the time the only seasoning I use is plain salt and pepper.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse pork chops and shake off excess water. Sprinkle desired seasonings on both sides and dredge in flour.
- 2. Add butter or margarine and vegetable oil to a shallow baking pan. Heat in the oven just until butter is melted. Take care not to overheat.
- 3. Tilt the pan to make sure the liquids cover the entire bottom. Arrange the floured chops in the pan.
- 4. Bake for 20 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pan from the oven. Lightly spray the upper side of the chops with baking spray.
- 6. Turn chops over.
- 7. Continue baking for 20 more minutes until golden brown.

- Pour butter into a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
- Combine eggs, milk, and pepper.
- Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture.
- Coat with stuffing mix or bread crumbs.
- Place pork chops in the pan.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops. Bake about 10 minutes more or till no pink remains and juices run clear.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg whites & cornstarch until smooth.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the bread crumbs (panko), pecans, salt, rosemary & sage.
- Dip chops in egg white mixture to coat & then dredge each in the bread crumb mixture, pressing bread crumbs gently to adhere.
- In an oven proof skillet, heat oil over medium heat, then add chops & cook for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
- Place skillet in oven & bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until pork is cooked through.

- Arrange a rack in bottom third of oven. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix bread crumbs with soup mix, paprika and pepper in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, combine mustard and 2 Tbsp. water. Spread flour on a plate. Dredge pork chops in flour. OVEN-FRIED PORK CHOPS RECIPE - SOUTHERN LIVING

- Preheat oven to 425°F with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Stir together mustard, thyme, rosemary, pepper, and 1 1⁄2 teaspoons of the salt in a small bowl. Reserve 2 teaspoons of the mixture.
- Stir together panko, 2 tablespoons of the oil, and 1 teaspoon of the salt in a shallow dish. Rub pork chops with mustard mixture, and dredge 1 side of pork in panko mixture, pressing to adhere. Place pork on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, with dredged side facing up.

Let pork rest 10 minutes (internal temperature will increase to 145°F). Whisk together vinegar, reserved 2 teaspoons mustard mixture, and remaining 2 tablespoons oil; drizzle over vegetables.
