PARMESAN BAKED COD

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Place cod in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients; spread over fillets., Bake, uncovered, until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes.

2/3 cup mayonnaise
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

I just love this recipe for my baked fish , I use Cod fillets it comes out so tender and is flavorful. This works with any kind of fish.

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • 2. In a small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients ( except the fish ) and mix well until smooth.
  • 3. Slather the mixture all around the fillets and place in a grease a 9x9 baking dish ; spread any remaining mixture on top of fish.
  • 4. Bake uncovered @ 450° for 12-15 minutes.

4 fillets of cod (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese ; grated
2 Tbsp sliced green onions or chives
1/2 tsp lea & perrins white wine worcestershire marinade
