GRANDMOTHER'S PEACH FUZZ
This is a fantastic rum based drink that my grandmother made for me. It cannot be made virgin, the rum is the key ingredient! The peach skins add a lovely bit of color. Canned peaches do not work as well.

Steps:
- Place the rum, limeade concentrate, and peaches into the container of a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the ice, and blend until finely ground, sweeten with sugar, if desired. Pour into margarita glasses, and enjoy!

- Combine 6 roughly chopped peeled peaches (about 5 cups), one 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1/4 cup gin and 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend until smooth (in batches if necessary). Pour into 4 glasses.

- Slice peaches and remove pit, leaving skin on.
- Place pink lemonade concentrate, vodka, and peaches in blender.
- Fill blender up with ice and blend until smooth and slushy.
- Add more ice if you prefer.

- Boil cabbage 5 - 10 minutes. Separate leaves. Cook rice in 1- 1/2 c. water for 5 minutes and leave a little water for moisture Saute onions and celery litely Mix all together and stuff leaves. Cook 2 or 3 hours with sauerkraut on bottom, tomatoes on top at 350 . Can use dutch oven or crock pot and freeze. Serve with sour cream (a suggestion from Judith Bleses and she is absolutely right about it).

- In large pot saute 3 - 5 minutes the olive oil, onions and carrots. Add and saute l more minute the dried herbs. Add stock and lentils, parsley and tomatoes. Cook covered until lentils are tender (about 45 minutes). Add sherry. Place cheese in bowl and top with soup. Good with corn muffins and fruit for dessert.
