Steps:
- Five bananas makes about 9 or 10 3-oz. popsicles.
- For each banana, use 1 TB peanut butter. If the bananas are very ripe you may not need to add honey or chocolate syrup.
- Puree in a blender, adding a liquid if necessary to make it pourable. I've used soy milk and this produces a nice smooth texture, but regular milk, juice or water would work as well.
- Pour into molds and insert wooden stick. Freeze at least two hours or overnight.

- bring water and sugar to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
- remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, mix well and then add milk.
- cool for 10-15 minutes.
- pour into6 (5 oz) paper cups.
- add wooden sticks.
- freeze until firm.
- remove 3 minutes before serving --
- peel off paper cups.

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Taste the batter and add any extra maple syrup if necessary (note that the popsicles will taste much less sweet once frozen).
- Pour the blended mixture into your popsicle mold, leaving a little room at the top of each mold to allow the liquid to expand. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Let the popsicles sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before you remove them from the mold. It also helps to carefully run some room temperature water around the outside of the mold, to soften the outermost layer of the popsicle. Leftovers will keep in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to one month
