Peanut Butter Miracles Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the three ingredients until well mixed and the dough is firm. Take a small amount of dough and roll into a ball, about the size of a walnut; arrange the balls on an ungreased baking sheet; Use a fork to press a crisscross pattern on the top; bake for about 7-10 minutes; until the cookies are a light golden color.

• 1. Bring sugar and milk to ROLLING BOIL in large pan. Time a good 5 minutes after ROLLING BOIL STARTS. {Rolling Boil Is a boil when liquid is almost ready to flow over top of pan} Star Timing. Optional, add nuts, peanuts, raisins, coconut etc. for rocky road fudge, add in bowl when chips is still hot before pouring into the 9 x 13 pan

Steps:

• In small bowl blend flour, cocoa and baking soda. Mix until well blended.
• In large bowl beat white and brown sugars, butter or margarine and 1/4 cup peanut butter, until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, beat. Stir in flour mixture until blended. Set aside.
• To make Filling: Combine confectioner's sugar and 3/4 cup peanut butter. Blend well.
• Roll filling into 30 1-inch balls. For each cookie, with floured hands, shape about 1 tablespoon of dough around 1 peanut butter ball, covering completely. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in white sugar.
• Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7-9 minutes. When cookies are done, they should be set and slightly cracked.

Steps:

• Spread the peanut butter on one slice, and Miracle Whip on the other. Smoosh 'em together and enjoy.
