Stir in the spinach, cheese and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes or until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted. , Drain pasta; add to chicken mixture and toss to coat.

- Heat dressing in a large, deep skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook for 3 minutes.
- Add broth; bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice; return to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium; simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir neufchatel cheese into rice mixture until melted.
- Add spinach; cover. Cook until spinach is wilted.
- Stir rice mixture gently to mix in spinach. Cover.
- Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

- baking dish with vegetable spray and set aside.
- Combine the soup, water, mayonnaise, and curry powder and mix well.
- Sprinkle the rice over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the spinach evenly over the top of the rice.
