Steps:

In a large pitcher, add the light rum, Jamaican rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, orange juice and orgeat syrup and stir until combined. Add crushed ice to rocks glasses, then pour the mai tai over the ice. Add a splash of grenadine to each, then garnish with an orange wheel, lime wheel and maraschino cherry.

1 cup light rum
1 cup Jamaican rum
1 cup orange liqueur
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup orgeat (almond) syrup
Grenadine, for topping
Lime wheels, for garnish
Orange wheels, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

For each cocktail combine 2 oz of the above Planter's Punch Mix in a tall glass with ingredients listed above for one cocktail.
Makes 1/2 gallon punch base.

Fill a shaker with ice and add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters. Shake; strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top with soda water if you like and garnish with a pineapple slice.
