Measure salad dressing into a medium bowl. Gradually stir in the milk. Season with red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, garlic powder, and oregano, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend. If you taste it right away, all you will taste is salad dressing.

Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk ingredients together.
Cover and chill, ingredients will thicken.
May add less red pepper for a milder taste. If you can't find plain dressing in the mayonnaise section, Miracle Whip is fine.

Combine the cheese cubes and milk (and optional water) into a large glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
