Steps:
- Spread the potato tots on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake according to the package directions.
- Stir together the granulated garlic, onion powder, paprika, chipotle chile powder, sugar, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle the nuggets with the spice mixture while hot and toss to coat evenly.

- In bowl mix together oil and spices and herbs.
- wash and quarter potatoes.
- Put potatoes into oil mixture and toss to coat.
- When oven is heated, put potatoes onto a cookie sheet and pop into the oven, for about 25-30 minutes depending on your oven.
- Watch them in the last 10 minutes, they don't taste so good burnt.
- Potatoes are done when a fork easily goes into a large piece of potato, and skin is crispy.

- 2. In a 10" skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef until all pink is gone. Do not drain.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In 2-quart saucepan, place sweet potatoes and enough water to cover. Heat to boiling; boil uncovered about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain; cool slightly. In food processor, process sweet potatoes until pureed.
- In medium bowl, beat egg and 1 cup of the sweet potato puree. (Refrigerate any remaining puree for later use.) In another bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through baking time, or until coating is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink in center.

- Place flour in processor. Add butter; using on/off turns, blend until coarse meal forms. Add 3 tablespoons ice water and blend just until moist clumps form, adding more ice water by teaspoonfuls if dough is dry.
- Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just barely tender (do not overcook; potatoes need to be firm enough to slice without falling apart), about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line crust with foil; fill with dried beans or pie weights. Bake crust 20 minutes, remove foil and beans, and bake until crust is set, about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over bottom of crust. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in large bowl to blend. Add potato slices and toss gently to coat.
- Bake pie until custard is set and top is golden brown, about 50 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
