- Pre heat oven to 350 degree. Add the frozen potato wedges to a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes and cut them into bite sizes. Approximately 1 inches each.
- Wrap 2 inches of bacon around 2 pieces of bite sized potatoes. Then use a tooth pick to hold them together.
- Add the bacon wrapped potatoes back in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn them over after the first 15 minutes.
- Mean while, in a small serving dish spoon in the sour cream, hot sauce and minced parsley. Remove the bacon wrapped potato bites and serve.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farnhieght.
- Brown the Chorizo in a skillet if it is not crumbled, crumble it before browning it. and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
- Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and clean out the seeds.
- in a mixing bowl mix together the potatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the Chorizo and salt & pepper to taste.
- Put a little cooking oil on the outside of the peppers and place them on a baking sheet.
- Fill the peppers with 1/2 cup of the potato mixture in each one.
- sprinkle the remaining cheese equally over the top of the peppers.
- After the peppers are cooked top with a tablespoon of your favorite prepared salsa and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel film at corners of both containers to vent. Heat both containers in microwave for 4 minutes. Place warmed potatoes in a large bowl and stir in the sour cream.
- Spread half of the potato/sour cream mixture in a 9x13 non-stick baking dish. Top with 1 cup of the cheese and sprinkle the bacon pieces on top. Top with a single layer of 12 wonton wrappers. Spread the remaining half of the potato mixture on top of the wonton layer. Finish with a second, single layer of the wonton wrappers. Sprinkle wontons with the remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for the final 10 minutes.

- Place potatoes in a microwave safe bowl and cook on defrost for 3 minutes, cube chicken in 1 ½ inch cubes, cut the Brussels sprouts in half and finely shred the asiago cheese.
- In a deep nonstick oven proof pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat cook chicken 5 minutes turn chicken pieces and cook additional 3 minutes. - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo and use a spoon to break it up and cook it until it is cooked through (approximately 8-10 minutes).
- In another skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Form hash browns into 6 small, flat rounds and place in hot pan. Cook hash brown cakes until golden and crispy (about 5-6 minutes), flip, and repeat on the other side.
- While hash brown cakes are cooking, prep fresh ingredients by slicing onion into 1/8 inch rounds and slicing avocado into 1/8 inch thick strips.
- Place hash brown cakes onto serving platter, spoon a generous portion of chorizo over the cakes, top with a few onion rounds and 3-4 strips of avocado. Serve immediately.

- Boil four of the eggs for five minutes at a rolling boil then take off the heat and rinse with cold water then peel.
- Grate the onion with a cheese grater.
- In a mixing bowl mix together the Potatoes, sausage, onion and one egg.
- Divide the mixture into four parts and one at a time flatten out 1/4 of the mixture onto the palm of your hand, place the egg in the middle and wrap the mixture completely around the egg.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until hot but not smoking. Add potatoes, and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 12 minutes. Stir in onion and sausage, breaking up sausage as it cooks; continue cooking until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes more. Stir in thyme and salt; remove from heat.
- Place puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, unfold, and roll out to a 12-inch square. Cut into quarters to get four 6-inch squares. Place one quarter of the sausage mixture in the middle of each puff-pastry square. Gently fold one corner of the square over the filling to the opposite corner, forming a triangle; press edges to seal. Repeat with each remaining square.

- First, start caramelizing the onions: heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
