PUMP FAKE POTATO

Pump Fake Potato image

Steps:

  • Penetrate potato on the top and through the sides...do not penetrate the bottom. Mix ingredients together and stir in 2 cups of water. Place potato in brine and freeze individually overnight.
  • Preheat charcoal grill.
  • Run water over potatoes in bag just enough to remove from ice. Slice 1-inch slice from middle of onion. Place onion in foil with the potato on top of onion. Top with heavy tablespoon of butter. Wrap foil and place on coals until done. Leave on coals for about 30 minutes or until determined texture.

1 medium to large Russet potato
1 1/2 tablespoons pickling salt
1/2 tablespoon ground oregano
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Pinch black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups water
1 large, 1-inch slice sweet onion, cut from the middle
1 tablespoon salted butter

Perfect Baked Potato image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Scrub the potato, and pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork. Rub the skin with olive oil, then with salt.
  • Place the potato in the preheated oven, and bake for 90 minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown. Slice the potato down the center, and serve with butter and black pepper. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top, if desired.

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 1 in. of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets; cook, covered, 4-7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Pat dry and place in a large bowl. Add carrot, eggs, green onions, celery, olives, radishes and pickle., In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Add to cauliflower mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

Zaarite Doctored-Up Fake Mashed Potatoes image

Steps:

  • Ignore package direction on potato flakes box.
  • In a small mixing bowl, using a fork, mix the buttermilk powder into the warmed milk. Set aside.
  • Bring to a boil the following ingredients: water, butter, salt, bouillon powder, and garlic powder (if using). Once the liquid boils, remove from heat and add the dry potato flakes and stir. Slowly add the milk and stir until desired consistency is achieved (I use all the milk).
  • Stir in the pepper and the mayonnaise.
  • Serve with gravy.
