QUICK & EASY POULTRY GRAVY
I stumbled on this flavorful gravy while shopping at Sam's Club. A demo girl was giving samples of it away as she served it over mashed potatoes. I thought it was such a great recipe that I would give it a try. The flavor really impressed me, especially being served with potatoes. I thought since I had so many things to make,...

Steps:
- 1. This recipe cooks in less than 10 minutes, about 6 or 7 to be exact. So it is quite simple easy and very tasty and full of flavor coming from a dry mix.
- 2. In a small sauce pan add the chicken broth, Half & half, dry poultry Gravy mix, and steak seasoning if desired. Whisk with a wire whisk till blended and there are no lumps.
- 3. Reduce heat to a simmer, whisking occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook for 7-8 minutes till thickened. Add enough kitchen bouquet to reach the desired caramel color you desire, if desired. Serve & enjoy. This is what the Kitchen Bouquet looks like. NO KITCHEN SHOULD BE WITHOUT IT, IN MY OPINION.

- Sprinkle the flour into the pan, whisk in, then add the salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the hot chicken stock mixture and Cognac, and cook uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes until thickened. Add the wine and cream, if desired. Season, to taste, and serve.
