Steps:
- Mash 6 hard-boiled egg yolks, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard and 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and top with chopped scallions.

Steps:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool and peel.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks to a bowl. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise and mustard and season with pepper and ranch dressing mix, blending until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.

DEVILED EGGS WITH OLIVES
I found this in a Tapas cookbook I have. A twist on deviled eggs and very delicious. Easy to double or half the recipe.

Steps:
- Hardboil the eggs. Put eggs in a pan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and run eggs under cold water. Let eggs cool.
- Crack the eggs and remove the shells. Cut the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks. Rub the yolks through a strainer into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the eggs and mix well.
- Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
- Using the reserved pimentos and olives, add one of each to top of every egg as decoration.
- Dust with paprika.

Steps:
- Place eggs in medium saucepan; cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes.
- Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking.
- Peel eggs; rinse.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- With tip of knife, carefully lift out yolks; place in medium bowl.
- Mash yolks with fork.
- Add salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and mustard; mix well.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.

- Preheat broiler. Toss shrimps with olive oil, lemon juice and Creole seasoning. Spread shrimps mixture in single layer on a baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes, turning halfway through, or until opaque.
- Halve eggs; place egg whites on a plate. Put egg yolks in a medium bowl; mash with potato masher. Stir in yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, mustard and 1½ tablespoons chives.
- Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white cavities; top each with shrimp and garnish with remaining chives.
