Steps:
- Pour enough oil into small saucepan to come 1/4 inch up sides of pan. Heat oil over medium-low heat. Using tongs and working with 1 wonton at a time, submerge wontons into hot oil, frying until golden brown, about 15 seconds for first side and 10 seconds for second side. Transfer fried wontons to paper towels to drain (wontons will continue to color slightly as they cool). Sprinkle fried wontons with cinnamon. Cool completely.
- To Assemble:
- Place 4 fried wontons on work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of whipped topping over each. Arrange 1 sliced strawberry and 2 to 3 raspberries over whipped topping on each wonton. Spoon 1 tablespoon of whipped topping over berries on each wonton. Top with another fried wonton. Repeat layering 2 more times. Spoon dollops of remaining whipped topping atop each cake stack. Garnish napoleons with remaining strawberries and raspberries, and mint sprigs (optional). Serve immediately.

- In a small bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange zest and nutmeg. Place 1 teaspoon cheese and 1 teaspoon cranberry mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with egg; fold opposite corners together over filling and press to seal. Repeat., In an electric skillet, heat 1 in. of oil to 375°. Freeze for up to 1 month., To use frozen wontons: Place frozen wontons on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.

- Lay individual wonton wrapper on a flat surface. In the middle of each wrapper, spoon 1/2 teaspoon of jam and one cube of cream cheese. Lightly moisten sides of the wrapper with water. Gather all corners to the middle to cover filling and to form a packet. Press edges together to completely seal.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat about 2-inches of oil. Add the wontons and deep-fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Remove the wontons from pan, and drain on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Lightly dust with powdered sugar.
