Steps:
- Add 1-1/3 cups boiling water to blue gelatin mixes in small bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into 13x9-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set, but not firm.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. Bring remaining milk to boil in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in sugar. Add to gelatine mixture; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. Cool 10 min. Pour over blue gelatin. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatine is set, but not firm.
- Add remaining boiling water to cherry gelatin mixes in separate small bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 10 min. Pour over gelatine layer in dish. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 24 stars with 2-inch cookie cutter.

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and extracts until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Place a third of the mixture in a 4-qt. bowl. Reserve 20 strawberry halves and 1/2 cup blueberries for garnish., Layer half of the remaining strawberries and blueberries over cream mixture. Top with another third of the cream mixture and the remaining berries. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top. Use the reserved strawberries and blueberries to make a "flag" on top.

RED, WHITE, AND BLUE JELLO
My mom has been making this simple and delicious dessert for years. You can easily make this for other holidays by using different colored gelatins (e.g. try black cherry and orange for Halloween). IMPORTANT: Make sure that the bottom two layers are chilled long enough to become firm and that the top layer is cool before pouring in step 4 or the top layer will go under the cream cheese layer and not make the pretty layered dessert that you want.

Steps:
- Prepare berry blue jello according to directions on box. Pour into 13x9 baking dish and place in the refrigerator. Allow to chill until firm, about 1 hour.
- Prepare lemon flavored gelatin using 1 cup of boiling water. Beat cream cheese slightly and then add the lemon gelatin mixture. Beat gelatin and cream cheese until smooth. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Once the cream cheese mixture has cooled, fold in the whipped topping until mixed thoroughly. Pour this mixture over the firmly set bottom layer. Return to the refrigerator and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
- Prepare raspberry jello according to directions on box. Cool this mixture until room temperature and then pour over the middle cream cheese layer.
- Return the 3 layers to the refrigerator and chill until top layer is firm.
- Cut into squares to serve.
- Top with a little whipped topping and a couple of blueberries, if desired.

- Pour 4 cups of water into a medium saucepan. Sprinkle 4 envelopes (10 teaspoons, 1 ounce) of plain gelatin on top of the water. Let it soak for a couple minutes.
- Put the pot on low heat and stir constantly until the gelatin is dissolved in the water, approximately 5 minutes.
- Put the red jello and blue jello in the dishes they will chill in (pie dishes or baking dishes are great). Divide the hot water and gelatine mixture into the two colored jello dishes. Stir until the colored jello is dissolved.
- Let the mixtures cool for just a few minutes until not hot, and then add 2 cups of chilled vodka to each color and stir.

- Red Layer- Add 6-ounce package of red jello and 2 packets of unflavored gelatin to 1 and 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved, add enough ice cubes to bring liquid to equal 3 cups. Pour into a deep-sided cookie sheet, carefully place in the refrigerator and allow to set up.
