Steps:
- Melt butter over medium heat in an oven safe saucepan. Add mushrooms and saute until soft.
- Turn off heat. Add rice, beef broth and condensed French onion soup (do not dilute). Scatter butter over the top. Cover tightly and bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Stir, then let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
