RICH CHOCOLATE CHIP TOFFEE BARS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2 baking pan. Combine flour and brown sugar in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add egg, mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and nuts; set aside 1 1/2 cups mixture.
- Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over hot crust, top with 1 1/2 cups toffee bits. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture and remaining 1/2 cup chips over top.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup toffee. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 48 bars.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour and brown sugar.
- Cut in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture, and press the rest into the greased pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Pour the condensed milk evenly over the hot crumb crust.
- Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of toffee bits.
- Sprinkle with the remaining crumb crust mixture and the other 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the rest of the toffee bits (1/4 cup).
- Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars.

- Butter a 15x10x1-in. pan with 1/2 teaspoon butter. In a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, bring sugar and remaining butter to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes., Uncover; add almonds. Cook and stir with a clean spoon until a candy thermometer reads 300° (hard-crack stage) and mixture is golden brown., Pour into prepared pan (do not scrape sides of saucepan). Surface will be buttery. Cool for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips. Let stand for 1-2 minutes; spread chocolate over the top. Sprinkle with walnuts; press down gently with the back of a spoon. Chill for 10 minutes., In a microwave, melt semisweet chips; stir until smooth. Drizzle over walnuts. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Melt vanilla chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Drizzle over walnuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Break into pieces.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl, stir together 1/2 cup melted butter, 1-1/2 cups of the cracker crumbs, and 3/4 cup of the toffee bits. Press the mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased/sprayed 9x13x2" baking pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm. For an even firmer bar, refrigerate 30 minutes more.
- 2. Meanwhile, let the cookie dough stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften. In a 2-qt. saucepan heat the chocolate chips, milk, and 1 Tbsp. butter over medium heat, stirring frequently until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- 3. In a medium bowl, break up the cookie dough and mix in remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with wooden spoon until well blended. Crumble mixture evenly over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup toffee bits.
- 4. In a preheated 350-degree oven, bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely for about 2 hours.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine crumbs and butter, mix well and press into prepared pan. Pour Eagle Brand over crumbs. Top with toffee bits, chocolate chips and nuts. Press down firmly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool well before cutting. Remove from pan, peel off foil. Cut into bars.
- Store at room temperature.
